Our stores are sufficiently staffed to be able to perform any wash service without a booking. Booking online is available for the Express Wash, Classic Wash, Prestige & Supreme Groom. Our booking system ensures the customer allow a 2 hours “window” before arriving at the car wash. This is to allow due notice to our staff to prepare for the booking & to offer priority in accepting the vehicle. Payment is accepted by credit card or PayPal.

Yes simply go to the Espresso website and go to Online bookings. Here you will find an option to Change The booking.
Please note that for heavily soiled vehicles, dog hair, tar & bug removal, Espresso reserve the right to charge an additional fee for online bookings.
We advise removing as much “clutter” from boot, seats, side pockets & consul area as possible. This includes all water bottles and coins. Remove all valuables from the vehicle. Any “rubbish” left on the floor of the vehicle will be disposed of. Take some time to indicate any damaged areas of the vehicle to the attendant including if the vehicle was recently re-sprayed or any chipped paint areas. Indicate too any areas you wish to pay particular attention to ensure satisfaction.

A Classic Wash is a basic exterior and interior service for customers who wash their cars regularly. A Prestige Wash is a service that provides more attention to detail both on the exterior and interior of the vehicle. care and time for cars that have not been washed in a while.

Greater attention to the interior of the vehicle is afforded to the Classic Wash. See Services & Price List under main menu for more details.

Both quantities are valid for 12 months.

The gift vouchers can be used at any Espresso Car Wash branch. The loyalty books are sold in 5 or 10 packs & can be used only at the branch purchased.

Up to 12 months per voucher, provided they are NOT discounted.
Vehicle care (discounted) packages are valid for 6 months from time of purchase. Corporate care vouchers are valid for 36 months.
Vouchers are usually sent to your email or smart phone or can be posted if elected. Occasionally the PDF voucher may land in your junk mail by mistake. Did you know you can move your vouchers to your “wallet” on your smart phone?
Generally our Shopping Centre Car Washes close and open at the same time as the Shopping Centre. Our outdoor Car Washes close generally at 5.30pm. Check store details under Find a Location in the main menu.
We recommend bringing car in no later than half an hour before closing time.

The contact details for each site are on the website under the locations tab. The landline is often diverted to the manager mobile as he may be working on vehicles or offsite.

Should you be unable to contact the site directly call 0800 WASHED (0800 927 433) and we can direct your call to the site.

We’ll notify you by SMS when your vehicle is ready. Please let the attendant know what time you expect your vehicle to be ready. You may leave your vehicle in our parking bay but centre parking charges are not covered by your wash service.

If any area of the vehicle is “missed”, this is rectified at the time of the wash at the site. Alternatively please contact our Head Office – go to website, click on contact tab and send email with the issues you have.

Whilst every effort is made to achieve a high standard and customer satisfaction is paramount, on occasion this standard may not always be achieved. For minor areas that may have been missed we require the opportunity to fix the issues within a reasonable time period. This will be done whilst you wait or we will offer a more suitable time at a later date free of charge.
To ensure that your property is kept safe please remove all valuables from your vehicle prior to leaving it with one of our attendants. See our T&C’s – Espresso Carwash – under “Conditions Of Entry into Car Wash. Please also bring to our attention any pre-existing damage to the vehicle to avoid any misunderstanding. We take responsible care of your Vehicle but please note we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever to your vehicle or belongings.
